Crestview Golf Club Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of Crestview Golf Club, including any affiliated subdomains or private booking portals (including the ForeUp system), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). These ToS govern all sales, transactions, and services related to tee times, Pro Shop merchandise, leagues, and golf memberships. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Online Purchases and Transactions
A. Payment Processing
All payments for tee times, Pro Shop merchandise, league fees, and golf memberships conducted through our website or portal are securely processed by a third-party payment vendor, currently ForeUp. Crestview Golf Club does not directly store, process, or transmit your credit card information. By submitting payment details, you agree to the payment processor’s terms and conditions, in addition to these ToS.
B. Pricing and Availability
All prices for green fees, merchandise, and membership dues are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order or transaction if the product or service is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable.
C. Membership Terms
Purchasing a membership commits the purchaser to the specific terms and benefits outlined on the Membership Options page. Membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Transfer of memberships is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by Crestview Golf Club management.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
A. Tee Time Cancellation Policy
- Tee times may be cancelled or modified online or by calling the Pro Shop.
- The specific cancellation deadline (typically 24 to 48 hours) will be stated at the time of booking.
- Failure to cancel or modify a reservation before the deadline, or “No Shows,” may result in the golfer’s credit card being charged the full reservation fee.
B. Merchandise Returns
Unused and unopened Pro Shop merchandise may be returned within [Insert Number, e.g., 30] days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Custom orders, personalized items, and perishable goods (e.g., food/beverages) are generally non-refundable.
C. League and Event Fees
League fees and tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the league or tournament has officially started or the published registration deadline has passed, due to commitments made for prizes and operational scheduling.
4. Website and Content Use
All content on the Crestview Golf Club website, including text, images, logos, and course layouts, is the property of Crestview Golf Club or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Crestview Golf Club and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, course conditions, equipment failure, or delays in booking services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kalamazoo County, Michigan.
